All deletion requests are processed within 30 days, and associated Google user data is permanently removed from our systems. 

DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), MzansiPixel.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) responds promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a formal notice to our designated agent as outlined below.

  1. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. 
  1. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you receive a takedown notice and believe the material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification including: 

  • A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber. 
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location. 
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification. 
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court. 

Counter-notices should be sent to the same address listed in Section 2. 

  1. Repeat Infringer Policy

MzansiPixel.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also remove or disable access to infringing content without prior notice.
